  • Reflective surfaces used for seeing images or symbols that can provide insights into one's thoughts or future events. They require a calm mind, self trust, and focus to interpret what is seen.

  • Writing without a predetermined plan, allowing thoughts and insights to flow freely. This can be a way to tap into one's subconscious mind and gain self-understanding.
